Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you enquire about or book private transfer services with Noosa Prestige Transfers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking or enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide private, door-to-door vehicle transfers and related trips across Noosa and the Sunshine Coast, including airport transfers to and from Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY). All fares are private — the vehicle is not shared with other bookings unless agreed in writing.

Bookings and confirmation

• Enquiries may be made by phone, SMS, email, or the website form.
• A booking is confirmed when we accept it and confirm the details with you.
• Please provide accurate passenger counts, addresses, dates, times, and flight numbers where relevant.

Pricing and payment

• Published prices are indicative fixed fares in Australian dollars (AUD) unless we quote otherwise.
• A $20 surcharge applies for pick up or drop off before 6.00am or after 6.00pm.
• Airport transfers are priced for up to 3 passengers, with an extra charge per additional passenger as advertised.
• EFTPOS / card payment is available in the vehicle unless another method is agreed when booking.
• Quotes for hinterland tours, events, and special requests are provided on enquiry.

Cancellations and changes

Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. We may apply a reasonable cancellation fee for late changes or no-shows, particularly where a vehicle has already been dispatched. Flight delays for airport transfers are monitored where flight details are provided; we will adjust pick-up timing where practical.

Passenger responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pick-up time and location.
• Ensure luggage and passenger numbers fit within the booked vehicle capacity.
• Treat the driver and vehicle with care and respect.
• Advise us in advance of child seats, accessibility needs, or oversized luggage.

Safety and conduct

Drivers may refuse carriage where a passenger appears intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety risk. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. Seatbelts must be worn as required by Queensland law.

Liability

We take reasonable care in providing transfers. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, airport operations, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you cannot lawfully waive as a consumer in Australia.

Website content is provided for general information. Prices and availability may change. You must not misuse the website or submit false or harmful content through the enquiry form.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
